CANCELLATION POLICIES
The customer has two types of rates available: refundable and non-refundable. If you select the refundable option you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival. If the customer chooses to cancel the booking after this time, he or she will be subject to penalties. In particular, if you cancel from 20 to 8 days before you pay a 30% penalty, if you cancel 7 days before arrival the penalty increases by 70%. Cancellation up to 1 day before and the customer's failure to show up at check-in will result in the payment of the total amount of the reservation. Non-refundable rates cannot be changed, in fact advance payment of the entire stay is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation or modification, the entire amount of the stay will be charged. If the customer chooses to change the dates of the stay and/or the number of guests, he can contact the administration in advance through the contacts found directly on the site. NECESSARY INFORMATION ABOUT CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
The customer is contacted by our staff one or two days before arrival to organize the reception, therefore it is a fundamental requirement to indicate a telephone contact and a valid email address when booking. In fact, our structures, being mostly villas and residences, do not require a fixed presence on site, therefore it is essential that the customer first contacts the staff in order to communicate the exact arrival time and not wait unnecessarily outside. outside the structure. At the time of check in, the customer undertakes to show a correct identity document for registration purposes and to pay - if applicable - the tourist tax, equal to €2.00 from 15-06-2023 to 15-10- 2023 and €1.50 from 01/04 to 14/06 and from 16/10 to 31/12 for structures in the Fasano area; equal to €1.00 for villas in Monopoli. Furthermore, during the stay, the customer will be asked to view and sign the rental contract with a virtual signature. The keys to the structure are given to the customer during the reception at check in and returned to the staff at check out. ** Check out is expected on the morning of departure by 10:00. A possible late check out is available upon request and based on the availability of the structure and is possible free of charge by 12:00, paying €50.00 from 12:00 to 15:00 or the full rate if you choose to leave the structure after 3pm.
HOUSE RULES
From the moment in which they take possession of the keys to the structure, the customer undertakes to treat the house as if it were his own home, out of respect for its owner, the cleaning staff and those who will stay after him. It is forbidden to use the Accommodation for illicit acts, it is forbidden to reproduce and/or hand over the keys to the Accommodation to third parties and/or to reveal any access codes to the same to third parties. In case of loss of the apartment key, the customer will be charged the sum of €80.00. It is very important to turn off the lights and carefully close all windows when leaving the house, to avoid unpleasant situations or damage to the structure.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. In case of violation, a penalty amount will be charged as indicated in the annex to the Contract.
It is strictly forbidden to introduce detergents, creams, shampoos, shower gels or other cosmetics into the water of the Jacuzzi or swimming pool, where present.
SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION
To reduce the environmental impact and comply with current regulations, it is the Customer's responsibility and obligation to carry out correct waste separation following the instructions of the relevant Municipality or, where present, those inside the Accommodation. Where door-to-door collection is foreseen, the customer undertakes to view the calendar in each home and to place the correct bin outside the property, in order to allow the employees to collect and dispose of the rubbish.
